Our in-house developed machine production line for pressed glass enables efficient small batch production of up to 6 tons of glass per day.

By combining several specialized molding technologies, we can produce components with high precision and repeatability across a wide range of products – from lighting technology to the sanitary and beverage industries.
machine pressing
Machine pressing is suitable for products with higher weight or volume and where accuracy, repeatability and strength are key. It is particularly used for larger thick-walled glass objects.
Applications: Lampshades for luminaires (e.g. lamps, tunnels, diffusers), Table glass: bowls, platters, plates, glasses, Gift items: vases, jars, candlesticks, paperweights, sinks and technical glass elements
Technical limits: Maximum diameter: 600 mm, Maximum height: 140 mm, Maximum weight: 13 kg

injection pressing
Injection pressing is designed for smaller products with a requirement for detailed moulding. Its high pressure and precise dispensing make it ideal for smaller components with regular geometry.
Applications: Glass stoppers and caps, candlesticks, paperweights, technical or decorative elements
Technical limits: Glass volume: up to 2.5 kg, Product size: smaller formats, standard dimensions

putsch pressing
Putsch pressing is a special pressing technology used for technically demanding products and moulds where the emphasis is on structural stability or unusual shapes. It is a method suitable for specific orders with non-standard requirements.
Applications: Bottles, lighting components
Technical limits: Bottle volume: 0.5 – 2l Maximum weight of glass: 2.5 kg
