Our in-house developed machine production line for pressed glass enables efficient small batch production of up to 6 tons of glass per day. By combining several specialized molding technologies, we can produce components with high precision and repeatability, across a wide range of products – from lighting technology to the sanitary and beverage industries.
Traditional glass craft for unique products
Handmade is at the heart of our glassmaking tradition. Our glassmakers master the techniques of blowing glass into a mould and freehand, and can handle extremely large and technically demanding orders – often at the limits of human and technological capabilities. This method is ideal for products with high aesthetic value, original design or specific requirements.

Precision glass processing – from machine precision to hand craftsmanship
Cutting is a crucial stage of production that determines the final appearance, optical properties and function of a glass product. At Bomma Glassworks, we have our own CNC robotic grinding technology that we design and manufacture ourselves. These machines enable precise surface and spatial processing of decorative, optical and technical glass – always fully customised to the client’s requirements.
Finishing touches for perfect appearance and functionality
After production and grinding, glass products undergo refining processes that determine their final appearance, surface and functional properties. In order to offer maximum flexibility in custom production, we have a wide range of manual and machine techniques at our disposal – from sandblasting, hand painting and enamelling to mechanical and chemical polishing or drilling. We tailor all modifications to specific project and design requirements.
